Eric Longo advises clients on digital and mobile strategy, audience engagement, brand identity and integrated communications. He has worked with the Smithsonian Institution, Balboa Park Online Collaborative, and New York Road Runners among others.
He also serves as Executive Director for Museum Computer Network, a peer-based membership organization that supports professionals who advance digital transformation in the cultural sector.
From 2001 to 2007, as director of client services for Antenna Audio (now Antenna International), he managed client relationships and onsite mobile programs for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Guggenheim New York, Whitney Museum, Art Institute of Chicago, Versailles and the Louvre, among others. Later, from 2007 to 2009, he oversaw Antenna Audio’s business development (then a division of Discovery Communications) leading digital media strategy and securing strategic partnerships to distribute content on various digital platforms, including mobile.
Trained as a lawyer, he previously held various management roles in the publishing, advertising and media sectors. He frequently speaks at museum conferences (AAM, MCN, Museums and Mobile) on mobile projects and strategy, and he teaches a mobile marketing class at the NYU School of Professional Studies.
